For the 2012 Live At The Pagoda Summer Music Series launch we welcome first time Pagoda performer, multi-instrumentalist, arranger, producer, and vocalist, Jonti, who began assembling music after his departure from South Africa to Australia. Jonti has now recorded with Mark Ronson, Santigold, Sean Lennon and the Dap-Kings, as well as producer John Agnello (Sonic Youth, Dinosaur Jr., Kurt Vile). Along with him will be the return of a Pagoda favorite, Sonnymoon, with a beefed up live performance to include a Sitar and live drums. Sonnymoon, combines Anna Wise’s ethereal vocals floating across Dane Orr’s palpitating soundscape. And not to mention the opening performances of Devon Who & B.Lewis, definitely an evening soothing beatknock melodies and and boundary pusing performance.
